Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped. There may be delays due to effects on the supply chain from Covid-19 or high ordering times around the holidays.

 

Domestic Rates & Shipping Times

Afro Grind is only able to ship domestically in the United States of America. Your shipping rate and shipping time will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

How to Check Status of Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email that will include the tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to become available.

 

Refund/Exchanges/Damaged/Lost Items
